Extremely comfortable and high quality

I ordered tree camo sweat pants, order number 11820.
I ordered these pants on Nov 24th and received them on December 10th I had placed the order in the size of Large but received XXL with the two X’s covered by black ink. This is not the correct size and the sweat pants fit way too big on me. What action are you guys going to take to correct this?

Sick design, heavy and comfortable material. I’m 5’2” and ordered a small, drags on the floor quite a bit so I use rubber bands around my ankles to DIY shorten the length. However, the stitching for the hem came undone at certain parts after washing the sweats. Was not expecting that for a pair of expensive sweats.

Super excited to get these, extremely comfortable. Quality exceeded what I expected by a long shot.
